Common questions about care
Can I receive medication management and therapy support online?
Yes. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management by secure video for people located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida and Oregon. Visits include supportive therapy alongside the medication review. If you also see a therapist, I coordinate with them, and if you would like regular therapy but do not have a therapist yet, I can suggest options.
What does medication management include?
We choose a medication together, start at an appropriate dose, and meet regularly to see how it is working, adjust the dose, watch for side effects and decide whether any change is needed. Medication is always one part of a broader plan that includes sleep, stress, health and support.
How often are follow-up visits?
Follow-up visits are about 30 minutes. They are more frequent when starting or changing a medication and less frequent once things are stable.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is accepted through Headway in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Private pay is available in all four states: $360 for an initial evaluation and $185 for a follow-up visit. See Insurance & Fees.
Who do you see?
Children 6 and older, teens and adults, for concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder and trauma, with visits in English or Russian. See Where I Practice for state-by-state details.
