Bringing Mental Health Into Perspective
I provide psychiatric care to clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey through secure telehealth visits. Services include comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and support with medication and therapy. My approach blends conventional and integrative psychiatry, incorporating supplements and lifestyle strategies. I also offer GeneSight testing for clients who may benefit from insight into medication selection. Care is always collaborative and centered on reducing distress, strengthening daily functioning, and supporting long-term wellbeing. Treatment plans are personalized and rooted in each individual’s history, needs, and goals. I provide initial evaluations, follow-up care, and ongoing support through flexible scheduling and consistent communication. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a whole-person perspective that encourages sustainable, progress.
