Bringing Mental Health Into Perspective
I provide psychiatric care to clients across Pennsylvania through secure telehealth visits. Services include comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and support with medication and therapy. My approach blends conventional and integrative psychiatry, incorporating supplements and lifestyle strategies when appropriate. I work collaboratively with clients and their families to reduce distress, improve functioning, and support long-term wellbeing. Treatment plans are personalized and rooted in each individual’s unique history, needs, and goals. I offer initial evaluations, follow-up care, and ongoing support through flexible scheduling. Care is rooted in respect, curiosity, and a whole-person perspective, with the aim of fostering sustainable and meaningful progress.
Who I Work With
I work with children, teens, and adults across Pennsylvania who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, chronic stress, attention difficulties, or emotional overwhelm. My clients are students, professionals, caregivers, and individuals in transition who seek clarity, relief, and support that respects their lived experience. Care is always collaborative and tailored to what matters most to you.
